What's New in Imprivata Access Intelligence 25.6
New Features and Enhancements
With this release, we continue to focus on improvements to your user experience and increasing productivity through faster responsiveness and workflow enhancements. Additionally, we are reinforcing supportability to reduce down times and make the platform even more reliable.
Expanded Use of Alert Limits
With this release, we have added the ability to configure Alert Limits for alerts generated by First Access data. Enforced Policies built from Access Reports can now be set to generate a maximum number of alerts per policy run, based on the Access Intelligence Risk (AIR) score associated with each alert. As the alerts generate, the application will compare the AIR scores for each and close the lower risk alerts. These closed alerts are available for review if needed, and will show the Alert Closure Type as ‘Closed by Alert Limits’. This change allows customers to focus on the highest risk user-patient interactions while reducing overall workload.
Enterprise Access Management (EAM) Session Insights in Imprivata Analytics
Imprivata Analytics has new reports available for EAM in the report library that provide visibility into key EAM workflows. “User Session Length to Epic” will provide visibility into the user experience. It shows how long it takes users to successfully launch Epic Hyperdrive after they have logged into a workstation. For customers on EAM 25.1 or later, the report “Users with Higher Risk Window Session End Events” will identify users who have been closing their Windows sessions in ways that could allow another user to access the first user’s resources. For example, it includes any EAM Windows sessions in which the user was timed out by EAM due to user inactivity or the user was tapped over by a second user (indicating the first user may have walked away).
Corrected Issues
In every release, we include a variety of bug fixes to make your experience more efficient and productive.
